Kumar has proudly called the FM area home since 1998, where he and his wife have raised their family and built strong community connections.

In addition to his work as a licensed real estate salesperson and broker for more than two decades, Kumar currently oversees two successful property management companies. His focus is on providing professional, reliable service that helps clients maximize the value of their real estate investments while maintaining high standards of care for tenants and properties alike, with an emphasis on around-the-clock support for his customers.

After failed attempts to find a property management company to meet his needs, Kumar saw an opportunity to provide 24/7 property management to other property investors and founded RKAK Realty & Property Management, Inc.

Sarah Koustrup is President and Partner of National Hospitality Services (NHS), a management, asset management, and development company based in Fargo, ND, an affiliate of Hotel Equities. She oversees all daily business operations, including owner communications and asset management. Her focus on company culture, people development, and guest service drives results and has spurred nationwide portfolio growth for the firm.

Since joining NHS in 2012, under Sarah’s leadership and vision, the company has expanded from 6 hotels under management to more than 47 today with franchise affiliations to include IHG®, Marriott®, Hilton®, and Hyatt®. She also played an integral role in forming the strategic alliance with Hotel Equities, which was announced in Q1 2023.

Sarah’s leadership experience includes work with widely known companies such as Microsoft, Citi, and Midco. Sarah serves on the IHG Owners Association's Operations Committee and leads the Association’s Women’s Network. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Human Resources Management and a Master’s Certification in Hospitality Administration and Management.

Isaac brings extensive knowledge in commercial real estate investment and underwriting, with a strong focus on hospitality while also working across a diverse range of property types.

He specializes in identifying development and redevelopment locations, uncovering value-add opportunities, and structuring strategic investments that maximize returns. Licensed in real estate since 2022 through Kaplan, Isaac pairs a strong foundation in property development and acquisition with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Concordia College.
